Drag and Drop is not working

I have downloaded the project and added npm modules. I see drag and drop is not working. anything I'm missing? here package.json file

This project is very old, I did not make everything work but update D&D work with react-dnd and react v16 here https://github.com/Kiho/react-form-builder
