ArcLight MVP 1.23-1.30 Engine should provide #render_parent_facet_link field renderer #3

When a search result is an archival collection, the index view should link to a search within that collection. This link supports ArcLight MVP 1.23-1.30.

This render helper might be renamed for clarity, as it is linking to a value as the parent, not the parent for a value.
