Feature request: SUMP protocol support #7

Hello,

I've noticed that despite the name apparently sump2 doesn't support SUMP protocol which is used by some devices, e.g. BusPirate. I don't know whether you are interested in supporting other protocols and devices, but from user's perspective it would be very nice to use sump2 not only with iCEstick.

What do you think?

As a side note implementing SUMP2 or some other protocol known to Sigrok on FPGA side or in bd_server.py would make the device compatible with PulseView. It would be great since PulseView implements decoding of many protocols.
