PDF documents : no font size change, no text reflow possible. Use zoom function
(BTW very efficient).
epub : customization very limited, as far as font family and font size are
concerned. Use left menu, "All settings", "Format specific", "EPUB", "Font
size".

Got it. Thank you. I am using zoom and crop together. It worked. I like
Ebookdroid a lot.

You have to use the right menu, choose "Close" then reopen the same book, it'll ask you if you want to reuse or override the previous settings, choose override, the default larger font size will be used.

This is terrible UX!

Yes, the soft is free and works but has poor UX. There are plenty of easier to use but more expensive ebook readers out there. It's open source, feel free to contribute to the source code to make it better.
