A bug report about Korean Google Keyboard and TalkBack. #406

Hello, I'm Hyongsop Kim in Korea and Android user.
I have a suggestion about Korean Google Keyboard.
In case of English Google keyboard, once keyboard disappeared, TalkBack says 
that 'keyboard hidden'.
But in case of Korean, no speak about that.
Of course Korean keyboard also inform that keyboard shown when keyboard 
appeared.
But opposite case, no speech.
Please check this issue and fix it.
