credssp.dll image error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting up system
2.each time google update checks the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it says I have a corrupted credssp.dll image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

not sure what to say I have an on going issue with not being able to watch 
video on torch music its a file that's not letting it update my i.e. explorer 
to a 7 and I have I'm running 8.1  if that's any help.
