Record Match Improvements

A few tweaks/additions to make when recording a match:

• Stadium. Auto assign to the home teams stadium if possible.
• Attendance. This is no longer in tens of thousands. Change to default to 1000 in both boxes.
• Weather. This doesn't change each half (generally the same the whole match), should amend it to allow adding if the weather changes during a match.
• Allow formatting in match trivia box (bullet points mainly to make it neater).
• Expensive mistakes. Add for both teams as per rulebook for outcome (would need to add values for some outcomes).
• Team Value Difference (petty cash). Add a note under the team value to show how much inducement money they have.
• Inducement Treasury. Add under team value if any money was used from the players treasury to pay for inducements.
