Modify bb_race table, dd.race and list race with new visible / active flags

As part of the new Star Player work the race database table needs to be 
modified to include an "visible" flag and an "active" flag (for future 
functionality.

once the database has been modified the add.race page needs to be modified so 
that the two new fields are captured.

Finally, the list.race page needs to be modified to hide any race listed that 
is not set to be visible.
