Edit Fixtures wipes out the teams taking part #39

The code for cross divisional matches needs to be applied to the edit fixtures 
page. at the moment when the page updates fixtures it wipes the fixtures from 
the database (to be specific, it sets both teams to 0 rendering them invisible 
as the site cannot match team 0 against n actual team).

I have fixed the code in live, just restoring the fixtures to how they should be
