Update the new breadcrumb function to work correctly

The current breadcrumb function is a place holder which needs to be updated. at 
the very least a check needs to be done to see if the page is a 404, search 
results, archive or tags so it displays the correct page title rather then 
nothing like it does in the current build.

If pushed for time and I need to get the current build live, I could wrap the 
Breadcrumbs function from that good plugin inside this function. I will need to 
make sure that plugin is uploaded and active and perform some tests first to 
make sure it works.
