Move the extra widgets into the core of the BBLM plugin

There should not be multiple plugins to get the widgets, they should be part of 
the core BBLM suite.

Within the BBLM plugin, create a new dir called core and create a file called 
widgets.php and bundle them all in there.

The extra plugins can then be deleted.

When uploaded to dev / live I need to test to make sure that deleting the files 
while the widgets are active won't remove the data (If I upload the others at 
the same time of the deletion it should not be an issue assuming the names of 
the functions etc remain the same.

Another issue will be raised to re-write the code for these widgets into the 
current WP format.
