Power Rankings #55

Power Rankings are figured out by win percentage only. The power rankings page 
has already been created with the in depth explanation on the main site (Sorry 
should use the dev!.

The idea is to make it automatic so rankings are continently being updated. The 
page would be an addition to the parent, stats, and placed with the tabs 
(Touchdown stats, Casualties stats, etc...)

We would have the following:

 - Current Season
 - Previous Seasons (Right back to the first season)
 - Active Teams
 - All Time

The table headers will contain the following in this order (Can drop TD and CD):

 - Team Name
 - Race
 - Played (P)
 - Won (W)
 - Tied (T)
 - Lost (L)
 - Touchdown Difference (TD)
 - Casualty Difference (CD)
 - Win Percentage (Win%)
 - Current Rank (Rank)
 - Change (Any changes from last match) *See Note1

All tables should include a date for when it was updated last, so people know 
it is current.

*Note 1: Changes will be an arrow representing if they have climbed the table 
or declined. A green arrow represents Up and Red arrow will represent down. A 
black (-) will represent no change.

Not suitable. This will be changed to Coach Rankings to reflect an ongoing 
system/tally since teams may not return.
