Changes in Tables and Season Positions. #59

It would be nice to have arrows showing change in the tables each week. Green
for going up, black (-) for staying the same position and a red arrow for
dropping. This would be placed on the end of the table after total points.

Another feature I like (Playing Football Manager too much) is a graph showing
the weekly climb/fall etc. So looks much like the graphs you have when seeing
how many views you have a day.
The graph would be shown on the team page.

The main problem I see here iswhen do we update the arrows? after each match is
submitted, when a summary is generated (assuming all the games for that week
have been played), or at some other trigger).

off the top of my head (notes for myself) - array of positions in league stored
in the team->comp performance table, can extract and plot a graph / draw arrows
based on comparing the previous value in the array. How do we know its still
valid though? We might have update the last value array for all teams in that
division and comp each time a match is sumbitted for that division / comp.
possible

I've been playing football manager too much! This doesn't really need
implementing since we have such small divisions. This will be useful for power
rankings (which is based on coaches not teams, refur to closed issue
https://code.google.com/p/hdwsbbl/issues/detail?id=55) but I cannot see it
being really much use for league tables.
