If this is easy to implement into the database it would save doing it manually
(I forget sometimes to do this) but would also allow users to view previous
champions and reigns.
Might be nice to also have a small mention in the team information panel on
team pages to list:
Number of Reigns
Defences
Longest Reign
The team page information is not high priority so can be pushed to future
features.
