added "Pyxelate" as nemo filemanager action integration

see https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Nemo/#Eigene-Erweiterungen-und-Menue-Aktionen for adding Pyxelate as action in the Nemo filemanager. As Nemo is a fork of Nautilus, this should work in Nautilus, too (untested).

To do: documentation, integration as --install-nemo command.

Simply copy pyxelate/integration/pyxelate.nemo_action to ~/.local/share/nemo/actions
