Assume plugin id is "ajaxify" not "elgg-ajaxify" #47

I have it hosted on github as elgg-ajaxify to give an indication that it is an Elgg plugin, but when installed in Elgg it should be simply "ajaxify"

This is broken when registering the location of livequery and urlparser scripts (which assume "elgg-ajaxify"), and may explain some of the bugs I've been seeing recently.
