Issue with find_unwatched.py deleting new content #404

I ran the script exactly as is, (adding my API and URL), this seems to have deleted a bunch of media but a lot included newly added content. Would there be a reason for this?

You should have seen a prompt to 'Delete all unwatched files? (yes/no)'. You selected yes.
