Camera being use indicator on android is still showing even room is disconnected #707

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join the room from the Android device I am using Android version 13
  2. I joined from iPhone 13 in the same room 3.I disconnected the room from my iPhone and automatically disconnected from android
  3. But the Camera is still being used by the app as I can see the green dot in the notification panel which says the camera is being used by the app until and unless I kill the app.
