Custom brush tip #11

Allow to use custom brush tip (like Krita/Gimp/Photoshop).

It would be great to have that too ! Do you think that the dynamic parameters of the brushes is something that you can have in opentoonz ? Whether it's those of mypaint / gimp or even Krita?

Currently it is possible to use dynamic brushes created since mypaint with opentoonz, so it seems compatible?
