Changes for ruby 1.9.2

Hi,

Hopefully I am contributing to the right fork today :)

Updates for ruby 1.9.2

• deprecated STR2CSTR macro replaced with StringValuePtr
• fixed LOAD_PATH (relative path loading is no longer allowed)
• updated the tests for the latest version of libmagic
• flags accessor returns array of symbols (as passed to #new)
• some other small stuff

Tested Debian Linux 5.06, Ruby 1.8.7 and Solaris 10, Ruby 1.9.2.

It would be great if at least the first these could make it into the next official version since filemagic will not work with ruby 1.9.2 otherwise. Thanks!
