Use standard Ruby path #10

as on most systems it's in /usr/bin.

Or remove it completely. The permissions for the file are currently non-executable, so it's of no use.

Please review the contributing guidelines before reporting an issue. This particular issue is out of scope for this repository.

Also, as you already noted, the test file is not an executable, so its shebang line is ignored anyway.

Yes, I realized half in the PR, that the removal should be better. Still, wasn't sure anything would be accepted.

BTW: I didn't notice the contributing guidelines- maybe it's something to show for new PRs? Github has this feature.

Also, www.yoshidam.net/Ruby.html#unicode does not work. I'm not sure there's any other way how to contact the author, apart from email?
