Getting a secret still takes very much time #190

Hi,

First of all, thank you for all of your work. I use this workflow on a daily basis.

Still, now with the new encryption mechanism, getting the secrets takes too much time. I have tried the workaround specified in the readme file but without any luck.

Is there any other workaround that works for others? Is this something that you think can be fixed on upcoming versions?

Sorry, it's not mentioned at the top but only further down: currently the fast decryption doesn't work, the workflow falls back to the bitwarden cli. https://github.com/blacs30/bitwarden-alfred-workflow?tab=readme-ov-file#getting-a-secret-still-takes-very-much-time

I haven't spend much time yet looking into fixing it, though it would be nice of course.
