o-academic-cap icon should not have a white background

Hi, we just copy the icons over from the original Heroicons. We won't make any custom changes to the ones in this repo. Please send in a PR to the heroicons repo first if you believe this should be changed: https://github.com/tailwindlabs/heroicons/blob/master/optimized/outline/academic-cap.svg?short_path=c23120b#L2-L3
