More preparation work for Beans

Changes:

• Actions are now extending AbstractAction instead of implementing Action
• VerbManager doesn't have any statics anymore, so BlueprintWorld now has a verbManager itself
• Verb id is not composed of its state & target anymore, but this gets done when we store the verb into the VerbManager
• Some actions had the wrong id
• When saving a game, world verbs are not stored anymore (is there any reason we need to do this?)
