Rebuild existing or purchase a new computer for common web browsing/email access for BROS volunteers.
Migrate into managed Chrome environment
Make into something more like a kiosk than full computer to keep bandwidth and illicit material down.

It would be useful as a first step to inventory software currently installed on the existing desktop
