wp-recaptcha hangs in Chrome and Firefox #67

I am on Wordpress 3.9.2 and wp-recaptcha just stopped working. It looks fine but after you add the information for the form it just hangs and the loading or working arrows just keep spinning.

Contact form 7 and Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA extension are both activated along with wp-recaptcha.

I would appreciate any help you guys can give on this. Thanks, Julie
