Suggestion: Firebird support #127

My development is based on Firebird DB. Will it be supported? It would be nice 
to be able to generate SQL for Firebird.

I do not actually use and/or know Firebird, so support for this database must 
be submitted as a user patch. On the other hand, creating a datatype definition 
+ XSL file for Firebird should not pose a big problem for you...
