When we make software, we often end up writing the same kinds of documentation over and over again.
For example, I write how to install the dependencies. I write how to set up the development environment for contributors.
Imagine a system where you just assemble existing documentation modules to create a set of docs (that you can of course expand and edit). Could build it with tiddlywiki. Community could build up good docs for installing common dependencies, and doing common development or user tasks.
