Criterion for minimal read evidence

We need to add in a criterion for the minimum read support before a contig gets a score > 0.01.

• must have >x fragment mapping. try cutoff at:
  • [ ] x = 1
  • [ ] x = 2
  • [ ] x = 5
  • [ ] x = 10
