error sched_setaffinity: Invalid argument with transrate v1.0.3 #213

I am having a new error that I have not yet seen with v1.0.3 of transrate. The error message is:

sched_setaffinity: Invalid argument Ran out of scoring candidate pool entries. Perhaps trying with a larger value of -mcp will help. SNAP exited with exit code 1 from line 490 of file SNAPLib/IntersectingPairedEndAligner.cpp

Is this a bug?
