bioconda install for transrate? #215

Hello everybody,

is there a bioconda recipe for transrate? I found one for transrate-tools, but not for transrate. Doesn't seem logical though that there would be one without another.

If you're still interested I made some recipes that are working for me on two different machines. You can find the recipes here: https://github.com/lmfaber/transrate_conda I also uploaded them to anaconda: https://anaconda.org/lmfaber/transrate If you test them, it would be nice to let me know if the recipes and the tool are working for you too. It does seem to install quite nicely, thank you!

I've installed it in a separate conda virtual environment. Didn't test it in much detail yet, but it installs and runs without any problem.

May you update the salmon version installed in the package at conda? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to do so. I'm using the precompiled version of TransRate from their website to work with conda, limiting me to the latest version published. Sorry about that.
