More explicit logging with debug option #97

At the moment the --loglevel debug does nothing. We should add in a load more logging events to help understand what the program is doing at every operation, so both developers and interested users can see under the hood.

In v1.0.0.beta2, the --loglevel debug option will add a stacktrace to any error log message. With any lower loglevel, the stacktrace is suppressed for a cleaner user experience.
