What IOS did you use?
IOS36 v1042

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LJF1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Scan IOS I have 39 IOS,but second show Press A Button Continue,My Wii Remote 
is freeze,and i press GC's A Button display Dump code screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
I install IOS80 and patched,SYSTEM is 4.1U
