ENH: IOS Version to default to minimum required by System Menu Version #5

Would be great when selecting an IOS that it would offer the correct IOS
version for the system menu version installed, instead of defaulting to
the latest version e.g.

SM 3.4 IOS 31 version 3088
SM 4.1 IOS 31 version 3092
SM 4.2 IOS 31 version 3349

No. The reason why is because the System Menu only relies on 1 IOS.
Upgrading/Downgrading other apps like channels and homebrew will typically use
other
IOSes. It is up to you if you want to upgrade/downgrade an IOS and we always
show the
latest non-stubbed version.

Also the System Menu menu will show you what IOS you need install so if you ever
question what version you need for a system menu, just run the system menu
installer
and it'll check and make sure you have the correct IOS installed for that
system menu.
