Do the simplest possible Tahoe-LAFS integration, for use as a potential sample app. See: https://gitlab.com/highly-unlikely/tahoe-dx-primer/-/issues/11

Ask @sailorfred for suggestions.

Maybe it's best to build a flask app and then use streamlit for the User Interface.
