and again call Popups issue #173

Hi, after many hours spent tying to make it work, I reached a progress, but some isues still persists.

1)I have fresh SugarcrmCE, 6.5.15 2)Kerio Connect as telephony system. both on different virtual appliances. 3)AMI and SOAP working fine. 4)Asterisklogger starting with minor php errors. PHP Warning: fopen(): Filename cannot be empty in /home/sulakaur/pulic_html/sales/custom/modules/Asterisk/asteriskLogger.php on line 1498 PHP Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/sulkaur/public_html/sales/custom/modules/Asterisk/asteriskLogger.php on line 1505

5)Magic dial buttons - dialing out, but after hanging up, I receive:

Click to Dial Failed:

Originate Params: Number: 322940544, Channel: SIP/404, Context: from-internal, Exten: 322940544... Login Response: Asterisk Call Manager/1.1

Response: Success

Message: Authentication accepted

Originate Response: Response: Success

Message: Originate successfully queued

Response: Error

Message: Missing action in request

Logout Response: Response: Goodbye

Message: Thanks for all the fish.


Fatal error: Call to undefined function gitimg_log() in /home/sulakaur/public_html/sales/custom/modules/Asterisk/include/callCreate.php on line 140

6)Dialout Channel set to default SIP/### and its seems to be OK, bcs when changing magic dial buttons won't work.

7)No Popup appears when receiving incoming call. Asterisk warning log sais: asterisk[1647]: WARNING[1886]: chan_sip.c:25073 in handle_request_subscribe: SUBSCRIBE failure: unrecognized format:'application/watcherinfo+xml' pvt: subscribed: 0, stateid: -1, laststate: 0,dialogver: 0, subscribecont: '', subscribeuri: ''

any ideas?

OK, I will definitely ) but what happens after these two months? module will stop working again?

This isn't a module. It is a service and it works 24/7. Just use the service and we will take up the module issues in 2 months. Right now we are focusing 100% of our efforts on this service. I don't mind subsidizing your use for these 2 months.

Did you login to the dashboard and then connect your systems?

yes, SaaS version (with chrome extension) is working. Popups are coming in. But I need module version to do the same. )

SuiteCrm modification Technically its same as SugarcrmCE 6.5.15.

Are you talking about the cloud version or the download module?
