Repeated call entries in call list view #174

Hi, just setup Yaai and has been working as "advertised" which I'm really happy about. I have one problem however which is causing me trouble and don't know how to fix. My issue is with the Calls list view. It shows calls correctly, but as soon as I edit a call which was created by Yaai, the list view shows many entries of the same call. If I try to delete one, it deletes all of the copies. If I edit one, it changes all of them. This tells me that there is really one call record which is being displayed multiple times in the list view. As I indicated this issue only occurs to calls created by Yaai. Calls created manually from SugarCRM do not have this problem.

At the moment the calls list view is showing 1894 calls when there are only about 12 calls all up.

Any ideas on this? just wanted to get pointed in the right direction so I can start to debug this issue.

One think I forgot to mention is that I'm using SugarCRM 6.5.16 and Callinize community edition 3.6.9.

OK, I might just have fixed this. I googled this and found that duplicated entries occur with other modules and removing the contacts column from the call listview sorted the issue.

Awesome. I'm glad you figured it out.

Could you post some screenshots? I'm not clear what the original problem was and how you resolved it.

Generally when there are multiple calls showing up it has to do with calls coming in on RingGroups or Queues. Those features aren't supported in callinize community. Callinize pro can handle that and has a lot of additional awesome features. See www.callinize.com if you're interested.

The same my problem when I click to dial, the call is correctly but it create 3 call logs for this call in Calls Module Please help me
