Popup for Ring Group behavior #180

Hello! We just encountered the following problem in scenario below: operator1 and operator2 are belong to the same Ring Group Ring Strategy: Hunt Ring Time: 25 sec

  1. The incoming call goes to operator1
  2. operator1 does not manage to accept call (missed)
  3. After 25 sec Call is automatically transferring to operator2

As a result in CRM:

  1. Incoming pop-up window appears in Operator1 session (correct)
  2. After transferring pop-up window in Operator1 session still exists (wrong)
  3. The incoming call transferred to operator2 but without pop-window (wrong) As a result: wrong info in call history. See attach below 2014-03-18 18 48 10 Callinize - community Edition 3.6.0 SugarCRM Pro Version 6.5.12

Ring groups aren't supported in the community edition. There is extra logic that handles this in the paid versions. Sorry.
