Update DXCF10 and DXCF12 #1866

Hey there,

I added the MCU functions from DXCF12 to DXCF10 since these are basically the same device. The 10 just doesn't come with the battery. I also changed the install method to serial. Tuya convert did not work on mine, but serial did.
