Add the screen keyboard patch #12

There is already screen keyboard when using controller, so why not to use it for touch too

Thanks for this! I was looking into doing this at one point, but I couldn't quite figure it out. Once I merge this PR, I may just include that change in the basic Android Compatibility Patch.
