Abdul hit a few roadblocks related to development machine setup. I need to include the PowerShell profile setup procedures in these contribution guidelines. I should also document what we talked about in the meeting with Daniel and Abdul.

Also need to recommend disabling certain extensions. These are useful on a project-by-project basis, but should not be enabled globally:
