automate making object relationships symmetric

either we pre-process blake-relations.csv to do so or we build the symmetric property into the database structure. this will save us a lot of time editing blake-relations.csv and will reduce errors

at this point we don't need to be able to auto populate the relations file from the BADs. we just need to be able to manually say A relates to B under some column, and have the relationship B relates to A be automatically populated or understood by the database
