bump chart and add more config instructions #5

Clarify configuration instructions and force a chart version change in order to publish a release on the gh-pages branch.

@blakeblackshear I think this may cut a proper release now that there is an existing tag in the repo to compare against. When you get a moment, can you please review and merge?

It's still not clear to me, however, if the repo is configured to publish a GitHub pages from the gh-pages branch.

Here's a repo configuration from a different repo. Perhaps you can double-check? image
