[feature] support custom version of go2rtc #50

I discovered the following information in the documentation: You can access it here: https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/advanced/#custom-go2rtc-version

Is there a method for utilizing an alternative go2rtc version with the Helm chart? At present, the /config file system is set to read-only.

Seem this read only file system also give a problem with 0.13.0-beta
