Add option to disable timestamp and border on latest snapshots #616

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On Frigate Integration in HA there is timestamp and border hardcoded into image.

Describe the solution you'd like Add option to disable border and timestamp on images of latest objects

You configure this in the frigate config

I did

snapshots: enabled: True bounding_box: false

On frigate the border is gone but not on "image.camera_person" that comes from frigate HA integration

yes, because that is controlled by the mqtt config not the snapshot config
