I didn't realize anyone was running multiple instances. How many cameras do you have? #652

heya mate noticed this from an earlier discussion, have you made any progress with this or other ideas regarding frigate multi instance or pooled resourcing.

i have a large property on an outback station in australia, i have 72 cameras, on a 11node proxmox cluster ---each node has --- 1....3 google corals, 2.....2x a5000 24gb gpu 3.....and 36tb of nvme storage (enterprise class) 4.....of and the guts to back them up with amd threadrippers 5995WX 5.....each packaged nicely in lenovo p620workstations
6.....oh and if its not enough i also have 1tb of gddr6 in each

but its a right pain in the rectum having to log into multiple instances of frigate, ideally it really wouldnt take a hell of a lot to modify the current structure for horizontal scaling, given what you have already done its seems a logical step, id happily offer testing and sandboxing if you needed remote access to such large resource pools.

be ideal to get 22gpu and 11tb of ram and 33x coral all working in unision and really industrialise the outlook of your product, you could then not only give away the public offereing (definately charge for your plus services), but you could offer a scaling solution that isnt readily available and could be deployed across a range of consumer grade products,

anyways, just thought id see, at the moment id just settle someone to REALLY FIX the pipUP pop up solution for our monitors and TV, to live stream gate entrances etc on monitors with webrtc, it works well, but is clumsly and not always working, be great to get a home assistant template/blueprint
