Option to disable entity per detection type #659

There should be a config option to limit the entities published, perhaps with a wildcard. I think having the camera detect carrots is cool but having thirty entities in home assistant for it is a bit much.

Entities can be hidden or disabled by the user. I don't think making an additional config for this makes sense.
