Home Assistant Proxy shows Blank Screen

Describe the problem you are having

Having Frigate setup on a separate machine, when added to Home Assisstant using the Proxy add-on, shows blank screen.

Pointing directly to the Frigate URL is working perfectly and HACS add-on is also getting all camera feeds/stats/information from mqtt.
