The es6.xlm file directory for Webstorm was changed #12

Hello,

The directory of templates for Webstorm was changed : ~/Library/Preferences/<intellij-product-install>/jba_config/templates

I don't know for other products if it's on jba_config

Can you add the info in the README file ?

This is important, Webstorm by default creates both ~/.config/JetBrains/<productname>.x/templates and ~/.config/JetBrains/<productname>.x/jba_config/templates directories, but jba_config is the only one working as far as i tried.

I'm on IDEA 2020.3 and I don't have ~/.config/JetBrains/ at all. I do have /Users/[me]/.config/configstore though. I don't have any folders on my mac with jba in the name.
