Last card to review should flip back to question when student responds 'WRONG' #39

Currently, just stays showing the answer and rating buttons, and won't go away no matter what you click (clicking on any rating button or anywhere else on card)

Proper diagnosis: cards which student rates 'WRONG' are getting reviewed right away, and so have a very short interval time for next scheduled review.

Questions answered wrong should be shown again, and when answered correctly, scheduled as if they were being learned for the first time at that moment (i.e., scheduled for 1 day from now with our current algorithm).
